Ubiquity adapter for bt+

The device converts the 8-wire PoE with Gigabit LAN from BT+ to a 4-wire PoE with 100 Mbps LAN.
This conversion prevents 24V Ubiquiti CPEs from entering a reset state, followed by a TFTP server state for firmware loading.

If the BT+ is mistakenly set to 48V, the device automatically disables the PoE output to protect the connected equipment.
